The House
This year’s Frisco Designer Show House is located in the Fairwater subdivision, next to Hills of Kingswood. Fairwater is a unique neighborhood that was developed by MainVue Homes in 2015, as part of a market expansion from Australia to the U.S. by Henley and Sumitomo Forestry. These homes feature a contemporary design that is unique in Frisco.
The Frisco Designer Show House is 3,286 square feet, it has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2-car garage, separate dining and living areas, a leisure room, private study, covered patio with fireplace and built-in grill, and resort-like pool.
It was completely renovated in 2023 by Alair Homes Frisco in partnership with Design to Wow Studio, elevating and transforming the home to its full market potential, setting a new record in price-per-square-foot for the neighborhood and the entire zip code.
